Volvo Group is inviting applications from fresh B.Com graduates for the role of Graduate Apprentice Trainee under the NATS Apprenticeship Program in Bangalore. The apprenticeship program offers hands-on industry experience, practical training, and exposure to HR and payroll operations within Volvo Financial Services.
About the NATS Apprenticeship Program
The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is designed to help fresh graduates gain real-world corporate experience. Through this program, Volvo India provides structured learning opportunities and skill development across different business functions.
Selected candidates will work closely with HR operations teams and receive on-the-job training throughout the apprenticeship period.
Job Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the Graduate Apprentice Trainee role will work on:
- Retiral benefits administration
- FBP claims administration
- Payroll administration
- EDM administration
- Scanning employee files and sending documents to official email IDs
- Creating EDM tickets using scanned documents
- Uploading documents into the EDM database through the ASK HR platform
- Processing and resolving employee tickets
- Maintaining proper documentation accuracy
Required Skills
Candidates should have:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to follow process guidelines
- Willingness to learn HR operational processes
